Nurses Recruitment for Kuwait
Many of Nurses want to move and travel from hospital to other hospital, company to other company and also they will try to go abroad from their country looking for better salary due to high cost of life.
Kuwait is one of rich country in the middle east that offer best salary for the nurses, whether for oil company or under Ministry of Health (M.O.H) kuwait. As a Nurse working under M.O.H Kuwait, for Diploma education you will get around US $900 - US $1200 and for the BSN staff you will paid around US $1250 - US $2000.
Kuwait government provide some facilitate such as a hostel for the Nurses and transportation. There are two kind of recruitment in Kuwait for the Nurses, local recruitment and outside recruitment.
Local recruitment is recuitment that performed by Ministry of Health (M.O.H) kuwait, mostly they will do on march and september. Nurses recruitment also held outside of Kuwait, they will come to destination country to do recruitment.

PLS AVOID VASTA BECAUSE ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES ARE BEING FOOLED AND WHERE BY ITS A SHAME TO THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH IN KUWAIT WHERE NO OTHER GCC COUNTRY HAS THIS PROBLEM
PLS ALLOW COMPANY STAFFS TO WRITE THE EXAM CONDUCTED BY MOH.IF THEY RESIGNED FROM THE COMPANY,THE MINISTRY MATRONS WILLNOT ALLOW THEM TO WRITE THE EXAM BECAUSE OF HIGH VASTA FROM THE COMPANY

I hate to see and experienced such nurses recruitments strategy conducted by moh, that even in this sector corruption is transparent due to wasta system of recruitment..they compromised effective delivery of care due to there system, that evade the most qualified vs. the one who have wasta who have fake certificates or not qualified..
